Discovering new insights

Through Erasmus+, our teachers and staff have the opportunity to participate in job shadowing abroad. They observe lessons, follow colleagues in the workplace, and exchange experiences regarding pedagogy, organisation, and support. The knowledge gained is brought back to our school, contributing to high-quality and future-oriented education.

Continuing to grow through courses and training

Within our Erasmus+ programme, we strategically invest in the further professionalisation of our teaching and staff team. By participating in international courses and training, we strengthen our pedagogical, didactic, and organisational expertise in a European context.

These training programmes align with the objectives of our Erasmus+ project and our school development. They focus on innovative teaching methods, inclusion, digital skills, student support, and quality assurance. The knowledge gained is not kept individually but is actively shared within the team through internal training and concrete implementations in classroom practice.

In this way, we build a strong expert team that continues to learn, reflect, and innovate — fully in line with the objectives of Erasmus+ and with a direct added value for our students.

Strengthening international cooperation

Our school regularly hosts colleagues from other European schools as part of Erasmus+. During job shadowing and study visits, they have the opportunity to closely observe our lessons, school operations, and pedagogical approach.

We share our expertise, engage in dialogue about educational practices, and exchange experiences on themes such as inclusion, subject didactics, student guidance, evaluation, and school organisation. This international exchange is reciprocal: we also learn through reflection, feedback, and comparing educational contexts within Europe.

By hosting colleagues, we not only strengthen our European network but also actively contribute to high-quality, innovative, and future-oriented education in a broader European learning environment.
